Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the ayu189 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the platform from within Indonesia.
• You are at least 21 years of age. ayu189 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing ayu189 account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ayu189 platform or had an account closed by ayu189 for breach of these Terms.
• Your participation does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order to which you are personally subject.

ayu189 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility condition is not, or is no longer, met. Determinations of eligibility are made at ayu189's sole discretion and are final.

To access the full range of ayu189 Services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, complete, and not misleading.

The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per Member: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ayu189 platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ayu189 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate personal details: Your registered name, date of birth, and bank account details must match the documents submitted during KYC verification. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify ayu189 of any change to your registered contact details, including email address and mobile number, by contacting customer support.
• Account security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact ayu189 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ayu189 recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account.

ayu189 is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its compliance and anti-money-laundering obligations. ayu189 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the Member relationship, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change to account details.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of address, such as a recent bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three months;
• A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits, confirming that the payment method belongs to the registered Member.

All submitted documents are processed in accordance with ayu189's Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, and in accordance with applicable data-retention requirements.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ayu189 may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawals or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account suspension. ayu189 will provide reasonable notice before implementing any restriction resulting solely from pending KYC documentation.

ayu189 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are supported:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the ayu189 platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ayu189 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.
• Deposits are credited to your ayu189 balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Where a delay occurs, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• ayu189 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which ayu189 accepts no responsibility.
• ayu189 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Members may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their ayu189 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ayu189 account. ayu189 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The withdrawal method used must correspond to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ayu189 customer support.
• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. During periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. ayu189 does not guarantee specific processing times for any individual transaction.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request and may vary by payment method.
• Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn. Only the real-money component of your balance is eligible for withdrawal. Where your balance contains a mix of real-money and Bonus Funds, the real-money component is calculated after applying any applicable wagering requirements.
• ayu189 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• ayu189 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

ayu189 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. Participation in any promotion is voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's page.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry dates are stated at the time of bonus award.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms.
• One bonus per promotion per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Maximum bet restriction: When a Bonus is active in your account, a maximum bet-per-round or maximum stake restriction may apply. Placing bets that exceed the maximum during an active bonus period may result in the Bonus Funds and derived winnings being voided.
• ayu189 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's account prior to such modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the ayu189 platform across all product verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker tournaments, and bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional card-draw game):

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. ayu189 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where specifically permitted under the rules of a particular product.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that causes a bet to be placed at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, ayu189 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account.
• ayu189 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Member account where there is reasonable evidence of advantage play, arbitrage, or other activity that exploits pricing errors.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per round, and are displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may vary by product, market type, and individual account.
• Winnings are credited to the Member's account balance immediately upon settlement. The timing of settlement varies by product: sports bets are settled following official result confirmation; casino and slots rounds settle instantly; poker tournament payouts are credited upon tournament conclusion.
• ayu189's decisions on the outcome of any disputed bet or game round are final, subject only to the formal complaints procedure described in Clause 15.

ayu189 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling among its Members. ayu189 recognises that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players and provides a range of tools to help Members manage their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure reminders that prompt them to review their session duration at intervals of their choosing.
• Cool-off period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion, which results in the immediate and irreversible closure of their account. ayu189 will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Member to re-register during the self-exclusion period.

All content on the ayu189 platform — including but not limited to the ayu189 brand name and logo, page designs, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the proprietary property of ayu189 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ayu189 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ayu189 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ayu189 software or game;
• Use any automated tool, bot, script, or crawler to access, scrape, or interact with the platform;
• Use the ayu189 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the Member's account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayu189's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ayu189 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to keep their account credentials secure;
• Decisions made by a Member in reliance on any information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data, which may be subject to delay or error;
• Any tax, duty, or levy imposed on winnings by any governmental authority in Indonesia or elsewhere — Members are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ayu189's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ayu189 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the ayu189 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, ayu189 collects personal data for the following principal purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC);
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and the settlement of bets;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activity;
• Providing customer support and communicating promotional offers (where opted in);
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

ayu189 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification partners) is shared solely to the extent necessary to deliver the relevant service, and such providers are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data security standards.

ayu189 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ayu189 will provide notice to Members by one or more of the following methods: a banner notification on the platform homepage, an in-account notification, or an email to the registered address.

The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ayu189 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

Where an amendment is required urgently — for example, to address a security vulnerability or to comply with a change in applicable law — it may take effect immediately without advance notice. In such cases, ayu189 will provide notification as soon as practicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ayu189 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indonesian law.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ayu189 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to the following escalation process:

1. Informal resolution: The Member must first contact ayu189 customer support in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. ayu189 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Formal complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally within 14 days, the Member may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. ayu189 will issue a final written decision within 28 days of receiving the formal complaint.
3. External adjudication: If the Member remains dissatisfied following ayu189's final written decision, the dispute may be referred to an independent adjudication body as specified in ayu189's licensing conditions.

ayu189's decision on any in-game or in-platform dispute (such as a disputed bet settlement, a game result, or the application of a wagering requirement) is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure above.
